02 — Practice areas

Smart assistant

Tell us what happened — we’ll point the way

Write in plain English. The assistant works out which area of law your situation falls under and suggests first steps, related questions and articles. Nothing you type is sent anywhere; the search runs in your browser.

Open it on any page with Ctrl + K or /.

03 — Approach

Legal assessment starts with the details.

Every file is examined in light of its documents, the applicable legislation, the parties’ legal position and the particular circumstances of the dispute. We explain the process clearly and set out the legal routes available to you.

  1. Initial meeting

We listen to your account, identify the area of law involved and check whether any short deadline is running.

  2. Document review

Contracts, correspondence, notifications, title deeds, permits and official records are reviewed; missing documents and evidence are listed.

  3. Roadmap

Negotiation, mediation, formal notice, application or litigation — options, likely timeframes and cost items are explained openly.

  4. Follow-up

Every significant development is reported to you; hearings and deadlines are tracked in the office calendar.

04 — Legal guides

Turkish law, explained in English

English translations of the office’s articles on legislation, practice and common disputes. They are general information; a specific case always needs its own assessment.

05 — FAQ

Common questions

Questions about meetings, languages and working with the office. Area-specific questions are on each practice area page.

All questions
How can I book a meeting?

Call the office or send a WhatsApp message. A short description of your matter and copies of your documents make the first meeting more productive.

Do you work with clients in English?

Yes. Meetings and correspondence can be conducted in English. Documents filed with Turkish courts and authorities must be in Turkish; certified translations are arranged where needed.

Can you act for me if I live outside Türkiye?

Yes. Many steps can be handled remotely with a power of attorney, which can be issued at a Turkish consulate or before a foreign notary with an apostille and translation.

Someone called asking for money in the office’s name. What should I do?

Do not pay or share personal details. Keep the messages and numbers and inform the office or the public prosecutor. See the Fraud Warning page for details.
