The office
Technical and legal insight, in one practice
Türker Law Office (Türker Hukuk Bürosu) was founded in 2015 by Attorney Mehmet Türker, a member of the Bursa Bar Association. Based in Bursa, the office provides legal representation, legal advice and mediation services.
Mehmet Türker completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering. He worked for the Ministry of Transport as an engineer, site manager and administrator, taking part in highway, metro and port projects. While in public service he graduated from law school, and he later completed a master’s degree in urban transformation law.
This combination of engineering education and legal practice is particularly valuable where the technical and legal sides of a matter must be read together — real estate, construction, zoning and urban transformation disputes in particular.
Mehmet Türker also serves as a mediator in mandatory and voluntary mediation, which is conducted under Turkish mediation legislation and its core principles: voluntariness, equality and confidentiality.
