Data and purposes: When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, the name, contact details and information about your matter that you share are processed to assess your request, respond to you and provide legal services.
Legal basis: Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 — processing directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interest.
Transfers: Data may be shared with courts, public authorities and legally authorised persons to the extent required by the service; otherwise it is not transferred to third parties.
Your rights: You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Law (information, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.) by writing to the e-mail address above.
Cookies and browser storage
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no visitor analytics. Only your preferences (light/dark mode, a dismissed warning bar, showing the intro animation once) are kept in your browser’s local storage and are never sent to the server. What you type into the search box is processed in your browser and not stored.
The map on the contact pages loads from Google Maps only when you click “Show the map”, in which case Google’s own privacy terms apply. WhatsApp and e-mail links open the respective apps.
